Skills calculator ready for action

Just putting the finishing touches to our Employment & Skills calculator. This helps us to work out how many apprentice weeks a project can deliver on YORbuild and HCA funded projects. All of the East Riding Affordable Housing schemes have employment and skills targets attached. As well as apprentice weeks, we also need to deliver work experience, progress into employment, and NVQ outputs, and we are also recording the number of people on site that hold a CSCS card and have passed a Health & Safety touch screen test. Thanks to all our subcontractors who are helping us to achieve these training and skills targets.
