Just had our first Considerate Constructors assessmsnt on the site at Holme-on-Spalding-Moor. We scored 30.5, which is pretty good on such a restricted site. The houses on this project need to achieve a Code for Sustainable Homes Standard, and as part of this we need to score a point for Construction Site Impacts, and this means that we have to score at least 3 points in each of the 8 sections in the Considerate Constructors assessment
